Great experience with sales and service. Ed W was super responsive and not pushy with our used car sales, he checked in even after the sale. We got a great deal on the car and felt comfortable with the whole process. I had a small issue that was covered under their sales warranty and Ed’s Service Center and his team were great about getting the car fixed. They even gave us a loaner while it was being serviced for the day. Will be back the next time we need a vehicle!

Just got my new wheels at Suburban Suburu in Vernon CT. From start to finish it was great experience. I was a walk in customer on a very busy Saturday afternoon but was immediately helped by sales person Jose Muniz. Jose was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He quickly located the car I was interested in and after taking a test drive he made the process of purchasing both easy and seamless. Yesterday I came in for an express oil change and was pleasantly surprised that they could take me. They fit me into their schedule, and I sat in the beautiful waiting room, helped myself to a fresh cup of coffee, /complementary beverages and had some lunch. I’m always extremely impressed with this facility and Subaru overall the staff is extremely friendly. The service is always great and it really does seem as though Subaru stands above the rest in terms of customer service. I have to say the highlight of my experience was meeting ““ Winnie ““ a beautiful dog being trained by her owner to be an emotional support and service dog for hospitals. Bravo Suburban Subaru, For allowing Winnie’s human the opportunity to help train her dog to help others!

Had a great experience getting my car serviced. Had some major work done and was given a loaner car while the work was completed. I voiced my concerns when I brought in my car and everything was handled correctly and professionally. Angela was very helpful and answered my many questions with great knowledge and understanding.
